About us

Seveton was set up in 1997 by Willy Naessens Group. The company began with the production of prestressed concrete roof sections. A second production hall for concrete partitions was built in 2000. These two automated lines mean that Seveton is able to handle the biggest construction projects in the Benelux and France. We have daily production capacity of 1100m² for partitions and 1600m² for roof sections.

We take our responsibilities as a concrete producer seriously at Seveton, targeting the smallest possible ecological footprint. Seveton has been awarded zero-discharge status by the Flemish government and we also study ways to minimise our consumption of energy and raw materials.

Based on our experience and knowhow, and our certifications (CSC, CE, KOMO), at Seveton we always work to very stringent quality specifications. This makes us a reliable partner from quote to delivery. The Seveton team is standing by to help you plan and implement your project. Our many years’ experience leaves us perfectly placed to develop personalised solutions.

Seveton obtains CSC certification

The Concrete Sustainability Council certificate (CSC) is an international guideline for the socially responsible production of cement, aggregates and concrete.

By obtaining this certificate, Megaton strengthens its reputation as a reliable and safe employer and sets itself apart from other players in the sector. Among other things, the certificate confirms compliance with local laws and regulations, safety and health regulations, and monitoring and continuous improvement of the quality of products and services. With this certificate, Megaton contributes to maintaining the company's integrity and good relationship with stakeholders.

Policy to avoid national or internationally significant sites

As a company, Megaton is committed to adhering to the highest standards of integrity and responsibility. Megaton recognises that avoiding nationally or internationally significant sites is critical to avoid contributing to conflict or unethical behaviour

Climate policy

As a company, Megaton is aware of the challenges posed by climate change and wants to do its part to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. Megaton contributes to the build group's goal of reducing its CO2-emissions with 2.5 % per year.

  • Measurement: Megaton will regularly measure and track GHG emissions to determine how much GHG they emit and where these emissions occur.
  • Reporting: Megaton will report GHG emissions annually and make this information publicly available so that stakeholders are aware of our efforts to reduce GHG emissions.
  • Reduction: Megaton will set targets to reduce GHG emissions and will take measures to achieve these targets. This can be done, for example, by introducing energy-efficient technologies, reducing the use of fossil fuels and investing in renewable energy sources.
  • Monitoring: Megaton will regularly monitor and adjust its efforts to reduce GHG emissions if necessary to ensure that it achieves these targets.

Megaton believes that adhering to this policy will help reduce our carbon footprint and preserve a sustainable future for us all.
