The company is divided into two production groups: on the one hand the production of concrete roof components and on the other hand the production of prefabricated wall components.
For this purpose we developed two entirely separated production
units.
First we built a completely new production unit for the production of prefabricated prestressed concrete roof components (TT-components). These components are used in industrial and semi-industrial buildings and office buildings. They are manufactured in lengths varying from 6 up to 12 meters. Combined with concrete roof beams the use of these TT-components permits an extremely fast economic high-quality roof construction. Furthermore these components meet all possible fire safety standards and even the highest RF standards.
Because of the ever increasing demand for these components, the annual production already exceeds 230.000 m². Thanks to the use of highly efficient and laboursaving production methods this massive amount is produced with a minimum of workers. These components are not just intended for the Belgian market but a large number is exported to The Netherlands, France and Luxemburg.
Then, in the year 2000 we started the construction of a production unit for prefabricated concrete wall components. Using these elements is a fast and cheap way to build well-conceived architectural walls for industrial halls, office buildings, warehouses, show rooms, workshops, etc...
In accordance with the client's wishes, a decoration in washed gravel can also be applied. By using different sorts of colours the architect and client have the opportunity to add an aesthetic touch to the walls.
Because of the growing costs of energy and the higher demands with regard to insulation more and more elements are equipped with an insulating core.
The productive capacity amounting to 1440 m²/day is intended for Belgium, Luxemburg, France and The Netherlands.
Our clients are not solely contractors of industrial buildings. A growing number of traditional contractors are also making use of prefabricated walls for their projects.
